Welcome to my fitness and nutrition coaching journey!
I am a Level 3 fitness and nutrition coach, passionate about revolutionising women’s health and fitness. My approach is all about creating bespoke, one-on-one programmes that support weight loss, building strength, lifestyle transformation, and mindset shifts. Through my group coaching, I focus on helping women build sustainable routines with balanced eating and regular exercise. My ultimate goal? To empower every woman to become the best version of herself.
My journey has been one of breaking through physical, emotional, and mental barriers. Just a few years ago, I was undisciplined, unmotivated, and far from being committed. Friday nights meant wine and snacks, and workouts were scattered at best. Little did I know that with time, I’d develop a passion for mindful eating, consistent workouts, and showing up every day for myself.
Born with a heart condition, I was often the weak child struggling to keep up with my peers. The idea of lifting weights would have been laughable back then. COVID, however, became my turning point. Health became my top priority, and my children became my “why”— I wanted to be the role model they deserved.

Through small, steady changes, I discovered balance in nutrition and exercise, finding strength in nourishing my body and joy in weight training. My personal transformation led me to pursue a career in health and fitness, leaving behind my project management role to start a business I absolutely love.
Today, I’m proud to have helped countless women transform their lives, shifting focus from numbers on a scale to building positive, sustainable habits. Together, we create routines that include effective workouts, better nutrition, and daily consistency. When you work with me, you’ll feel supported, in control, and ready to reach new heights.
My own journey fuels my desire to inspire others. I dig deep, providing tools to unlock your potential and make lasting lifestyle changes. My mantra, “aim for progress, not perfection,” is at the heart of everything I do, encouraging sustainable, positive transformations for a lifetime.
