Fitness

I specialise in strength training, which is essential for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. I teach you the right technique to each exercise and push you to progress with safety. These sessions not only boost your metabolism but also help you feel more confident and comfortable in your clothes, empowering you to look and feel your best at every stage.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the foundation of any health and fitness journey—80% of our progress comes down to what we eat. I believe that we are truly what we eat, and any lifestyle change must begin with how we fuel our bodies. In my nutrition coaching, I work with you to understand your current habits, calculate your calories & macros and provide a plan to build healthier routines that easily integrate into your everyday life. From meal prepping and planning to eating out mindfully, I guide you to enjoy balanced meals with no calorie counting & measuring. Meals you can enjoy with your family, allowing for little treats along the way. My approach is about moderation, not deprivation, helping you fuel your body with the right nutrients to support your health and well-being, especially through the unique changes of menopause.

Mindset

Mindset is the final piece of the puzzle in your health and fitness journey. Often, we slip back into old habits because we haven’t shifted our mindset, making true, lasting change feel out of reach. I guide you in breaking down the mental barriers holding you back, helping you connect with your inner strength and unlock your full potential. Together, we’ll build resilience and focus on the small, sustainable changes that lead to lifelong results. Using powerful tools that I once relied on myself, I’ll support you in transforming your lifestyle into a lasting routine, empowering you to elevate your quality of life for the future.

Group Coaching

My group coaching embodies the personalised ethos of my business, designed to help you thrive within a supportive, small group of just 10 to 12 people. In our fitness sessions, we focus on strength training, muscle building, core stability, and overall fitness, helping you grow stronger and more confident whilst learning the right techniques. Nutrition coaching is tailored to teach you how to balance your meals, create nourishing plates, and enjoy eating out mindfully. I also offer mindset and habit coaching, equipping you with tools for lasting change. With our WhatsApp community and weekly accountability check-ins, you’ll stay motivated and supported every step of the way.
